My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to several issues. While the location was decent and I did encounter a couple of staff members who were friendly, the service I received was largely unprofessional. I experienced serious problems with cleanliness, including bed bugs, and had difficulty with the reimbursement of my payment. Overall, it's hard to recommend this place given the lack of accountability and care from the management.
